No, it's not her fault. Here are some scenarios and reasons as to why:
1. Arranged marriages without the person's choice are still at large, so the person in this situation has no say as they have been psychologically manipulated
2. The man in this situation may have done that in the past, but has been psychologically manipulative and made her believe that it was her fault
3. The man may have been waiting until marriage to do that
4. Lets say hypothetically, you were a woman. How would you feel if one day, your partner raped you and got you pregnant to either satisfy his urges or to trap you in an abusive marriage?
Regardless of the reason/scenario, it's still the perpetrators fault, and not the fault of the victim. Rape is rape, no matter the gender or relation to the victim.
